“This beachfront property in Banderas Bay certainly benefits from its prime location, a short drive from the airport and the marina; proximity to shops and other restaurants is a plus. In my opinion, the Unlimited-Fun concept, with organized activities and diverse dining, seems designed to appeal to families, but improvement is needed. With some investment in upkeep and service consistency, this could be a much stronger offering.”
