breakfast buffet pool area central location unfriendly welcome confusing signage unavailable porter

The breakfast buffet offered many options. I appreciated the location near the lake and the Temple of the Tooth. The swimming pool was also a nice amenity.

The welcome was not particularly friendly. It was just polite. I found the signage a bit confusing when trying to locate the restaurant. There was no one available to assist with luggage during checkout.

The Heritage Room was clean and spacious. The hotel has a colonial-style building with high ceilings. The front office has an open type. I felt at home.

I enjoyed the hotel's colonial architecture. The snooker room was excellent, and I used the WiFi with no issues. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection. I appreciated the variety.

spacious room rainfall shower luxurious linen efficient air conditioning

the room, a heritage room, was spacious and well kept. bathroom had a rainfall shower and provided ample towels. the bed linen felt luxurious and fresh. air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the day and night.

the wifi signal in my room was occasionally weak, making it difficult to stream videos.
