charmed by cleanliness and service!

the staff was so attentive!!! i found the rooms surprisingly clean and modern. the ac worked very well, a definite plus. i had crispy butter naan delivered hot to the hotel lounge.

Restoration work was underway . There was drilling, boring, and hammering. this started early and continued even after i requested quiet for my daughter to rest.

The staff arranged transportation from the station. They assisted us with requests. The restaurant is popular with locals. The food IS good. We had five meals. breakfast.

The room size was small. The room faced a wall, a very depressing view. I asked for a room with a view and early check-in. They gave me early check-in at 11am, so they said they could not give me a room with a view. This was quite depressing

The room was nicely set out. The bed was comfortable. All aspects of the bathroom worked well. Staff were friendly and helpful. They arranged onward transportation.

The hotel could benefit from a bit more soundproofing. I could hear some noise from the hallway.
