limited sea view opening windows drip coffee
the advertised sea view was a stretch i had to crane my neck to see a sliver. the lack of opening windows felt a bit suffocating it seems like i was trapped in a sealed box. also the drip coffee at breakfast definitely tasted like dishwater who decided that was acceptable at this price point

poor coffee coach trip
this hotel, eh? they say its fancy. five coat hangers in a room, that's a laugh. wasn't enough room to even open two suitcases. the coffee? dreadful, and they wanted extra for a decent cup at breakfast. staff worked hard to keep up with the coach trip crowds i suppose.

extra charge herbal nonsense
the room was clean , which i suppose is the bare minimum.
The breakfast was a comedy of errors , not a culinary experience. i asked for a cappuccino , but apparently that merits an extra charge. it seems that basic coffee is beneath them, even though i already paid a pretty penny for the room. the lack of proper teabags was also a good surprise. Only earl grey and herbal nonsense were available.

clean setup ocean view minimalistic design
I found easy parking available on-site. The hotel was clean and setup beautifully. The room offered a great ocean view and minimalistic design accommodated my family well.
The hotel only included a few coat hangers.

Mixed Experience
The room was spacious enough.
I encountered issues with the inflexible policy regarding late check-out, even though the hotel occupancy was low. I felt unheard. It seemed policy outweighed guest consideration.

easy access helpful staff modern amenities
i appreciated the easy access to parking facilities. i found the staff to be very helpful during check-in. the hotel's proximity to local attractions made exploration simple.
the selection of tv channels was limited, but i managed well enough with what was available.
