Really good Hotel Experience

The hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to the ski lifts each morning. The on-site ski shop made renting equipment very convenient. (I also appreciated the lockers.) I found the spa area new and very relaxing after a day outdoors.
The parking felt limited. Finding a space sometimes took a few minutes.

The hotel sits within a five-minute walk to many bars and restaurants. The hotel is also a short shuttle ride away from ski lifts. A bus stop outside the hotel facilitates trips to the village.

The breakfast was good it had a decent selection.
The room temperature was hard to regulate it was either too hot or too cold despite adjustments. There was also significant noise from nearby rooms at night making it difficult to sleep. I also noticed a lack of attention to detail in the room's cleanliness there was some dust and grime in the corners of the bathroom.

The staff were very kind. They accommodated my request for extra pillows. the breakfast buffet featured many options and fresh pastries were available daily.
The room lacked sufficient soundproofing. i could hear noise from adjacent rooms late into the night and early in the morning. It was disruptive! the spa's operating hours were inconvenient. It closed early and opened late.

the ski shop being in the hotel was convenient. it made getting ready for skiing easier, i guess.
the room was freezing. i asked reception for help but they did nothing. plus, the lighting was poor and there was a lack of storage space. i paid for an upgraded room but it was smaller than the room my friends got. how does that even work?

the staff was helpful with drying our motorcycle gear overnight. the free sparkling water was a great perk, i liked it a lot.
I discovered rooms of the same category have different amenities. rooms feature a view and balcony. Others have only one or the other.
