The hotel provides access to the Tiroler Zugspitz Arena, offering seven ski areas with 106 slopes. In summer, lifts transport guests to hiking trails. The area has seven sport climbing crags, eleven multi-pitch routes, four Via Ferratas, seven ice climbing routes, and a high ropes course. The hotel is 80 km from Kranebitten.
