unclean room bad garden view

the staff were easily available and friendly. they were also engaging .

The room i had wasn't super clean. I found hair on the floor. the garden view wasn't great either, it did not live up to expectations. i expected better for the price.

the hotel had very nice garden areas. i appreciated that the reception kept checking if we were happy, even a few days after we moved rooms. the hotel was like an oasis of calm. the security.

The rooms are very dated and could use some updating. the bathroom is dire. i found hair on the floor. The rooms were not super clean. also, my garden view was not the best.
