Unexpected Comfort and Convenience!
smooth process shuttle service
The check-in process was smooth. The staff answered all my questions, and my room was quiet and clean. I found the location quite convenient. I appreciated the shuttle service that took me directly to my terminal. This was a HUGE help.
I had to wait an unacceptably long time for hot water. This happened multiple times . One receptionist displayed rude behavior toward my friend. This was quite unfortunate.

The shuttle service was very prompt. It checked which terminal I needed and drove me directly there. Check-in was quick, and the staff addressed my questions effectively. The staff were very professional.

My room offered a comfortable bed. The bathroom had great features. Blackout curtains helped me to avoid jet lag. The room was super clean and it included all necessary amenities for a pleasant stay.

the free airport shuttle ran often that was a nice convenience i stayed in a beautiful king mobility accessible tub and it felt very spacious the staff at the front desk was very helpful and polite
