Schlern rooms feature handcrafted details and Grödner carvings. Romantic holiday homes include a seating area, a pull-out couch, and a balcony with partial views of the Dolomites. Single rooms face north. Apartments feature natural wood floors, wall insulation, bed linens, towels, and dining/cooking utensils. Certain apartments add living rooms with sofa beds, kitchens, and fireplaces.

Culinary Experience

Solaia Hotel & Guesthouse offers a restaurant with Mediterranean antipasti and South Tyrolean cuisine crafted by Chef Michael using regional products. Guests can enjoy a South Tyrolean menu for a surcharge of 29,00€ per person. The Solaia's guests enjoy different daily dishes, including soup, starter, vegetarian dish, main course and dessert. Breakfast is served, featuring regional, organic natural products, egg dishes, homemade jams, and Alpine delicacies. Breakfast is available on the garden terrace. Aperitifs and snacks, including regional specialties, are also available.

Leisure and Wellness

The property includes a wellness centre with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, steam bath, infrared cabin, and sensory showers. Guests have access to a swimming pool with panoramic views. From December to April, the Seiseralm offers 60 km of ski slopes and 80 km of cross-country trails. Price reduction on Combi card, Gold card and Nordic pass of the cable car Alpe di Siusi is offered.

Location and Access

Solaia Hotel & Guesthouse is located at the entrance to Kastelruth, with the center a few minutes' walk away. Bolzano is 30 km away. A bus stop 150 meters from the hotel offers direct links to Siusi and Bolzano. The Seiser Alm, suitable for hiking and skiing, is easily accessible. The A22 motorway exit Klausen is approximately 17 km away; the Bolzano Nord exit is approximately 22 km away.
