the receptionist spoke english well. the staff kindly explained everything and ordered a reasonably priced taxi if needed. recycling bins were available on corridors.. i appreciated that.

the road outside was busy, so i heard some noise at night.

the suite was super bright and really spacious staff was helpful the location is so convenient for getting to the airport i was impressed by the cleanliness and the size of the room i felt right at home. it was also a plus that the staff was readily available to assist with any questions i had making my stay easier.

the hallway carpets could use a bit of refreshing that's the only thing that caught my attention.

the staff offered great assistance throughout my stay i especially appreciated their willingness to help with directions and transportation arrangements they were always ready to assist with a smile and efficiency.

my experience was mixed. the air conditioning was not effective, leaving the room stuffy. street noise was constant, preventing restful sleep. i found the lack of proper soundproofing quite bothersome.
