limited variety small room

the food variety in the restaurant was limited. i noticed the breakfast menu repeated items every other day. this became quite monotonous (it did affect my overall experience). the room size felt small considering the price i paid.

convenient location nice array quiet setting great politeness

i found the location convenient near bars restaurants and beaches breakfast provided a nice array of choices i found something i enjoyed. the rooftop pool had many sunbeds and i appreciated the quiet setting the staff impressed me from housekeeping to management their politeness and helpfulness stood out. i seemed like they wanted to.

the room service food quality fell short of my expectations i felt it could use some improvement.

the rooftop pool offers ample sunbeds there is a bar nearby for drinks while you relax the premises are well kept and the hotel is quite large creating a spacious environment. i spent some time there and found it pleasant.

my room included a balcony that had a safe i found bottled water provided each day and i thought that was very helpful. coffee and tea making facilities added extra convenience and the rooms were cleaned to a high standard every day and i noticed that.

the hotel's location offers easy access to candolim beach road restaurants are nearby and easily accessible it is situated near a football ground i found starbucks domino's and kfc within walking distance for familiar options. it proved to be convenient for exploration.

the reception staff helped me book a taxi to the airport without any issue i found this service very helpful. the staff were courteous and efficient and william and sweden really helped me with everything i needed. they were both very professional and kind.

a decent stay

rooftop pool many beds breakfast choice invoice issue unprofessional team reception desk

I found the rooftop pool great with many beds and canopies. The view from there was awesome too. The breakfast included a good choice to start the day.

The hotel didn't issue an invoice after collecting the room tariff. The reception desk team seemed quite unprofessional. I kept following up but they did not cooperate (which was quite frustrating).
