mixed feelings about this stay
moldy filter tasteless food
my stay had issues. the air conditioning filters seemed old with mold. i told the staff but they seemed indifferent and did nothing. also, the food was mediocre at best it all tasted the SAME.

wonderful holiday, grateful for the upgrade

I have just returned from a stay. i have had a holiday i loved. reception staff were very cute. Your cases are taken to your room. i was upgraded to a private pool room, superb. flowers and bubbly were waiting for us with a lovely birthday cake at the a la carte restaurant. anita and angelica went out of their way to look after us in the main restaurant.
the hotel was mainly an all inclusive hotel. i was not aware. there was no double bed. i was upstairs with a pram and one year old baby.

food quality amazing cleanliness
I visited recently with my family. It was amazing. the food quality stood out, particularly at lunchtime with the barbecued options. the cleanliness throughout the hotel was amazing. It felt immaculate everywhere i went, all the time.
