The staff was polite. I also found the breakfast buffet a nice choice.

My room had an unpleasant smell. It was not cleaned as frequently as I would have liked. Only one cleaning occurred . The bathroom trash was not cleaned properly even after I raised the issue.

i found the location to be convenient. there's a nearby shijo station making subway access simple. a 7-eleven right across the street came in handy, especially for quickly loading my travel card! a good local restaurant only 100 meters away was a good discovery. the complimentary bottled water and tea each day were a nice touch. a coffee machine in the lobby was convenient and easy to use. i appreciated the coin laundry and dryer facilities since i was traveling light.

During my stay. the room only received cleaning service on one occasion. we really wanted more regular upkeep. the staff addressed our concern promptly.
