airport shuttle friendly staff easy check-in overpriced breakfast mandatory service charge high price
The airport shuttle service was both efficient and convenient for travel. Staff members were very friendly at all times. The check-in and check-out processes were easy. I got my room without delays.
The breakfast was overpriced for what it offered. I paid almost 50 dollars for eggs, toast and sausages.

Decent stay near the Airport
spacious room comfy bed heated pool room cleaning staff statement
The room was spacious. The bed provided comfort. I appreciated the variety of food and beverages that were available. The heated pool was a nice addition for relaxation after my long flight.
During my additional stay, my experience was horrible. The room was not cleaned. The staff stated it was my fault I did not remind the concierge to clean upon my request for extension. My room was messed up. There were no room cleaning services for the 2 nights extension.

very good hotel stay
airport proximity water bottles updated shower
the airport proximity was very convenient for my early flight. i found complimentary water bottles in my room, it was a nice touch. the shower were updated and the shampoo smelled nice.
the front desk employees were talking while i waited for check in, it was not very polite.

the room was very clean, and it had comfortable beds. the room also featured updated decor, it was a good surprise. i liked the spacious layout.

the valet service was amazing, even at 4 am. the shuttle service to and from the airport runs frequently. this made the transportation very easy, it was a relief.

the hotel offered good food service, i appreciate the attentiveness. i found breakfast very basic, but it was still satisfying. there was also a starbucks style cafe on site.

stale smoke ancient carpets
The airport shuttle service worked just fine.
The room reeked of stale smoke. It was unbelievably bad. The ancient carpets in the hallways were stained. Clearly, management has chosen to ignore basic upkeep to save a few bucks.
