The shuttle service to the airport and the metro station was punctual. I found a good selection of food options in the food court on the ground floor (it was very convenient).

The minibar pricing was not clearly displayed. I found this slightly confusing.

the hotel provided a convenient shuttle service to the mtr tung chung station. this saved both time and money. the hotel also offers a shuttle to and from the airport, which i found very helpful.

The room felt a bit small after placing our suitcases. there was not much space for walking around. the air conditioning unit was also quite noisy. It made it hard to sleep well.

the hotel provided a free shuttle bus, and several shops were located conveniently in front of the premises.

The pool was closed during my entire stay. This was not communicated beforehand. my children were very upset, and it significantly impacted our holiday. i specifically chose this hotel for the pool, so its unavailability was a major letdown.
