a balanced stay overall

working fridge polite staff marked bedlinen worn curtain

the room overlooking the pool was clean. housekeeping did a good job. the fridge and a/c unit both worked well. i found the reception staff to be polite and very helpful.

the bedlinen had some marks , but it smelled ok. there was no blanket , instead there was only another thin sheet.

I was NOT impressed with the cleanliness. Some bed sheets had LARGE stains. Pool towels were ALWAYS dirty. The hotel claimed four stars. it felt more like two.

Surprisingly Good Experience

I found the staff to be friendly, assisting with all my requests. The hotel offered a convenient shuttle bus service to the beach (I used it daily). My room was clean and well-kept, with a comfortable bed.

The Wi-Fi was only reliable in the reception area.

The room included new towels daily and effective air conditioning. Beds were very comfortable and cleaning happened daily, ensuring a tidy space. I also had a clean fridge that worked very well, allowing me to store drinks and snacks.

I found a large shopping mall next door. The animation team worked hard providing daily entertainment (I didn't participate).

The location was very convenient, with only a three-minute walk to Naama Bay. I also appreciated that the hotel was near local attractions. The hotel's proximity to the airport was a major plus for easy transfers.
