The hotel hosts candlelight evenings and traditional Ladin dinners, featuring dumplings, fried pasta pockets, goulash, polenta, and spätzle. The chef guides guests through Ladin flavors, with live music.

Hotel Serena provides a wellness area with an indoor swimming pool open from 7:00 until 19:00 (12 meters long), a sauna (towels and swimming cap are provided), Turkish baths, a whirlpool, Kneipp baths, and a terrace.
