dated interiors few lounge chairs
The front office staff were great. Virach and naveen offered great service.
I found the interiors somewhat dated, almost faded, a bit disappointing. there were also far too few lounge chairs available outside. It was like there weren't enough for the number of guests. i wish the hotel invested in better outdoor furniture (maybe more comfortable cushions, too).

The breakfast buffet had great variety and tasty options. The staff were amazing and always helpful. The views were very nice from my room. I also enjoyed the easy check-in process. I felt genuinely welcomed.
My room decor seemed a bit basic, with yellow and blue tones appearing outdated.

The location provides direct beach access and a nice pool. The beachfront location is good. I found several decent restaurants opposite the hotel. It is a really convenient area for tourists. I appreciated it.

Charming Stay with Excellent Service
attentive staff good dinner friendly atmosphere
I found the staff attentive. Dulshan, Dilla, and Rebecca were particularly helpful. Dinner at the new Mexican restaurant, Iguanas, was a delight. The service enhanced the whole experience (I was really surprised by the friendly atmosphere).
I noticed the interiors appear a bit dated. There also seemed to be too few lounge chairs available near the pool. This made it slightly challenging to relax comfortably.

The breakfast buffet features fresh tropical fruits and a selection of Western and Asian dishes. I particularly enjoyed dining by the pool in the evenings. The seafood options tasted very fresh and delicious.

my stay feature a great breakfast selection. i really enjoy the attentive service in the dining area. the hotel pool was a good size. it has lot of space for all guests.

a satisfactory stay
clean room pool bar disorganized buffet slow service
I enjoyed the room itself. it was clean and well serviced. the pool area offered a nice space for sunbathing. The pool bar was a plus.
The breakfast buffet was disorganized. Staff struggled to clear tables. resetting tables for new guests seemed difficult for them.
