Underwhelming Stay by the Beach

The room had cleanliness issues. I found several insects, including cockroaches, in the bathroom. I understand this is a tropical area, but it was a bit much. Breakfast was also disappointing. The selection lacked croissants, chocolate, and cappuccino was an extra charge. I expected more from a resort.
