The staff treated us to flowers and snacks for our last night. it was a magnificent surprise. the manager okan was so helpful. He. i look forward to returning next year. Thank you okan and team!!!

I paid for a sea view, but it was only a partial sea view. we had to argue to get two room cards. They didn't have enough. the towels smelled bad upon check-in. the amenities were not at a level of a proper four stars hotel.

The pool attendant approached me during breakfast to ask which sunbed i preferred. He set it up for me and ensured the umbrella provided shade throughout the day (a very nice touch). Breakfast had many options, including made-to-order omelets. I requested a late check-out, and the receptionist provided it free of charge.

The gym area needs some updates.

the reception staff upgraded our room, granting us a amazing seaview. every member of the staff was friendly and hospitable, it. the pool was pristine, and so relaxing! i also loved the breakfast with custom meals available.

i had issues with the water pressure. it would drop suddenly. this was a minor inconvenience.
