convenient location near the botanic gardens

the room size was good. i appreciated the kitchen in the room. the bonus lap pool and sauna were also nice additions..
the air conditioning did not work well.

the room had basic equipment to cover all needs. it included a washing machine and dryer which was very convenient. i found that the bed was quite comfortable.

there are two supermarkets within walking distance from the hotel. these supermarkets provide a wide range of options for groceries. there is also a restaurant onsite though it was closed .

the staff were accommodating when we requested extra bed padding for our toddler. they provided a makeshift crib with thin mat. the staff at reception were always helpful and forthcoming.

the location was very good. it was a short walk to the city. the botanic gardens were directly opposite. it was very easy to get to anything in the arts precinct.
the key cards had to reset nearly every time i went out. the decor of the place was very tired. there were worn carpets.
