Lovely Stay!

humble staff convenient location abundant breakfast chauffeur service

EVERY staff member, even in the restaurant, was humble and helpful. WE booked two connecting family rooms and found them VERY satisfactory. The location provided easy access to everything, and breakfast options WERE abundant. The hotel offered a chauffeur service that i found convenient.

THE bathroom's open design with visible blinds felt a little INCONVENIENT, it's the only problem i had (i think!)

The hotel staff was very accommodating, fulfilling every request promptly and efficiently. I enjoyed the concierge service, it helped me navigate local attractions. The staff seemed genuinely interested in making the stay nice.

The room included a king-sized bed with high thread-count linens and plush pillows. I also saw a flat-screen television with many cable channels and streaming options. There WAS ample closet space, it was useful for longer stays.

The hotel is centrally located, close to the night market and several restaurants. I noticed that the beach is easily accessible directly from the hotel. This provides convenient access to local attractions (wow!).

The staff was kind and attentive. Room service provided many choices and excellent quality. The swimming pool was very big, it never felt crowded. The hotel is near the night market, I found it convenient. I could see the ocean from the balcony.

The air conditioning made a slight noise at night.

loved the sunsets!

airport shuttle breakfast option

i really did like the location, it's close to the night market. breakfast include many options. the hotel offer free airport shuttle, i just had to book it ahead.

they had a deposit on the room, then extra deposit for towels. seemed a bit much. also, there are many signs about foods in room. the music coming from the hotel bar was too loud.

room disorganisation missing facilities

i did have mixed feelings after leaving. the rooms are fine, i stayed in a classic city view twin. upon arrival, there seemed to be some disorganisation, a bit odd. also, some of the pool area need improvement, like adding some new facilities. it just didn't meet the expectations considering other places i have visited.
