Sea Mist Accommodations
Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort, located 5 km from Myrtle Beach International, offers accommodations ranging from rooms to houses, some with kitchen facilities. Options include Oceanfront, Oceanview, and Resort View rooms and suites. Select rooms feature a balcony with outdoor furniture and a satellite TV. One, two, and three-bedroom houses accommodate up to 16 guests. Some are pet-friendly.
Dining Options
Guests can find several dining options. Pete and Polly's Snack Shop is situated by the Wahoo Water Park. Jason's Cafe and Ice Cream Shop serves coffee and ice cream. The adjacent Three Steps Down Grille and Tavernis is open for dinner and has a small bar. The Pan American Pancake House is available for breakfast. Casual dining is available at the resort's picnic areas.
Leisure and Entertainment
This 15-acre oceanfront playground features the seasonal Wahoo Water Park, which includes a 232-metre-long lazy river, 3 tube slides, and multiple mini slides. There are 9 outdoor pools, 2 indoor pools, 2 indoor hot tubs, and 2 jumbo outdoor hot tubs. The seasonal Arcade Dynamite game room is also available. Kayaking and parasailing are offered. Theme nights with karaoke, magic, and games occur throughout the week. The Arcade has an air compressor for blowing up floats.
Location and Transportation
Sea Mist connects easily to attractions such as Tanger Outlets, Coastal Grand Mall, The Market Common, and Broadway at the Beach. Nearby landmarks include First Baptist Church of Myrtle Beach (2 km), Second Avenue Pier (1.5 km), and Broadway at the Beach (4.5 km). Tanger Outlets has two locations: Highway 501 (15-minute drive) and Highway 17 (25-minute drive). The resort is 5 km from Myrtle Beach International. One parking pass per bedroom is included. Additional parking is $5 per vehicle.
Services and Amenities
Sea Mist Oceanfront Resort has 17000 square feet of space consisting of a conference center and meeting rooms. Room service, a coffee/tea maker, and free local calls are among the amenities. The resort also offers a 24-hour reception and a Quick Stop grocery. A cleaning fee applies to two-bedroom units ($40) and three-bedroom units or larger ($150). Bubbles & Suds Laundromat is located on the ocean side of 13th Avenue. The fitness center is open 24 hours.

I think this could be the best option for families looking for both budget-friendly and pet-friendly accommodations. The conference center and outdoor social spaces suggest it's more than just a beachside stay.”
