i found the swimming pool great. it provided a refreshing environment. the staff were polite. they were always willing to assist me. the rooms were maintained well. the rooms had ample space.
i was not satisfied with some things. the price was high compared to the service. it was definitely not at the level i expected. i found it very difficult to sleep. the noise from motorcycles disturbed me. the hotel location was not ideal either.

Satisfactory Stay at the Hotel

The staff at the reception was very attentive and friendly. I asked to change my room to one with a pool view, and they immediately agreed. Of course, there was an extra charge involved in the selection. They also called a taxi from the hotel to the airport for me. The location was ideal for easy access to local attractions!
The gym closed early. THE opening hours are inconvenient.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel provided slippers. They were reusable rubber slippers. The beds felt extra large and comfortable, nice for a good night's sleep.

the staff were super friendly. the rooms were perfect and clean, it was so convenient that i was given a connecting room. the beds seemed like floating on a cloud, it was amazing.
the hotel did not have smart tvs, that was disappointing. the wifi connection was unstable, so we couldn't watch anything on our phones. the wifi disconnected frequently.
