a stay with some minor issues
refreshing environment polite staff ample space high price motorcycle noise poor location
i found the swimming pool great. it provided a refreshing environment. the staff were polite. they were always willing to assist me. the rooms were maintained well. the rooms had ample space.
i was not satisfied with some things. the price was high compared to the service. it was definitely not at the level i expected. i found it very difficult to sleep. the noise from motorcycles disturbed me. the hotel location was not ideal either.

Satisfactory Stay at the Hotel
attentive staff pool view taxi service
The staff at the reception was very attentive and friendly. I asked to change my room to one with a pool view, and they immediately agreed. Of course, there was an extra charge involved in the selection. They also called a taxi from the hotel to the airport for me. The location was ideal for easy access to local attractions!
The gym closed early. THE opening hours are inconvenient.

The swimming pool provides a refreshing environment. It is also well kept. I noticed the hotel offered a shuttle service to the shopping mall, the old city, and the night market when it was open.

Breakfast had A good choice. Many options were available each morning. The food and drinks were really good. The reception staff were helpful with my requests regarding the food.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The hotel provided slippers. They were reusable rubber slippers. The beds felt extra large and comfortable, awesome for a good night's sleep.

The staff exhibited really good politeness. They were always willing to assist. The reception by Ms.Aon and Ms.Eye was lovely. They seemed professional and polite when i checked in.

clean room connecting room smart tvs wifi connection
the staff were super friendly. the rooms were perfect and clean, it was so convenient that i was given a connecting room. the beds seemed like floating on a cloud, it was amazing.
the hotel did not have smart tvs, that was disappointing. the wifi connection was unstable, so we couldn't watch anything on our phones. the wifi disconnected frequently.
