“Hotel Schoene Aussicht earns its name, and my respect, with its prime perch in the Thuringian Forest. I appreciate its dedication to outdoor enthusiasts-bikers and skiers especially-complemented by classic, solid wood decor. Its steakhouse, focusing on both American and Thuringian fare, makes it a worthy stop all around.”
