“Staying in this meticulously restored 13th-century castle, nestled amid vineyards in Appiano Sulla Strada Del Vino, offers a singular experience. I was particularly impressed by the hotel's commitment to both its historical setting and modern comforts, including a bio-infinity pool and curated spa services, alongside its own winery; the owner's attention to guests seems a particularly nice touch. The overall atmosphere is one of relaxed luxury, ideally suited to those seeking a tranquil escape with a dash of regional charm.”
