Select rooms feature balconies with mountain views. Suites include a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, dishwasher, and kitchenware. The cottage provides a mini home cinema with Netflix, Playstation, and a popcorn maker, along with a private sauna.

Breakfast

SchlossHotel Zermatt Active & Cbd Spa Hotel offers breakfast from 7 AM to 11 AM, with room service available. The breakfast spread includes fruits, grains, seeds, juices, eggs, and waffles, with options tailored to dietary needs, including vegan alternatives. There is no lunch or dinner offered; however, there are many restaurants in Zermatt.

Leisure and Wellness

Guests have unlimited access to yoga and fitness areas, and the CBD Spa. The CBD Spa includes saunas and treatment rooms. Spa treatments use CBD and adaptogenic plant extracts. Guests can try Swiss CBD therapies. Guests who book a treatment for at least CHF 120 can use SchlossSpa for CHF 20, inclusive of a bathrobe, towels, slippers, and refreshments. There is a gym with Technogym equipment. Free yoga and pilates classes run throughout the week. The hotel has a 12.5-meter indoor pool.
