The staff helped with bag storage before check-in. The room had blackout curtains to help sleep well. The breakfast offered Nordic options daily. I needed several days to try everything (especially the herring!).

The room could have been larger for a longer stay.

the hotel location is very central to everything

I found the reception staff unhelpful. The woman who checked me in barely greeted me it was like she had no interest at all she stared at the screen for the whole process her attitude made a poor first impression i asked a question but her answers were short and unhelpful
