the staff is friendly making you feel at home. every detail is covered well. We got complimentary iced bottled water and smoothies when sunbathing on the comfy sun beds. it REALLY added to the overall holiday and the staff made you feel special

the hotel ISN'T fully ready yet since i visited, the public restrooms didn't have doors. this caused some inconvenience . the hotel should complete facilities for a seamless experience

I experienced a wonderfully smooth check-in process. The staff offered welcome drinks. my room included daily cleaning, fresh towels, and bottled water. i found all the staff friendly. They were polite and ready to assist. the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh, tasty food surpassing my expectations!

during my visit, i noticed the hotel wasn't completely ready, but it didn't significantly impact my amazing stay.
