the staff helped so much with airport transfers. the location allowed walking to many restaurants, a convenient and safe place. the staff were so kind and helpful with my bags.

right after i checked in, one of the staff members asked me to give the hotel a 5-star rating and even took my phone to do it himself without my consent. that felt very unprofessional.

the location was central. It made visiting main attractions very easy. The staff proved friendly. The price was also very reasonable..
the room I stayed in was quite small. It did not fully match the pictures online. I could hear noise from the corridor making sleep difficult. The breakfast was repetitive each day.

helpful staff clean housekeeping
i found the location very practical for seeing the sites. the staff promptly changed my room to a twin room. daily housekeeping kept it feeling fresh!
the vending machine coffee was a bit surprising, not what i expected.
