I appreciated the convenient location close to the ferry port. The staff offered great assistance. The availability of complimentary bikes allowed us to explore the area. I liked having breakfast on the terrace. It was very enjoyable.

The room lacked some basic amenities for a comfortable stay. I did not have the ability to prepare coffee and there were no complimentary water bottles provided. I think this should be addressed.

The room provided basic necessities, yet it was generally clean. Bed linens felt new and crisp. There was a tv for entertainment, though i didn't watch it often. The bathroom had fresh towels and soap.

The position is very central to main attractions and facilities. I could access the ferry port within two minutes. Several restaurants are located across the street. It was very easy to find nearby shops.

The staff were very kind and helpful . Reception readily provided transport information. Airport transfers were arranged quickly, at a reasonable price. Everyone was ready to help and assist with my requests.
