i found the location very convenient. it was easy to walk to many attractions from there. the staff assisted me with directions to nearby spots. i found good value for the price i paid.
the room i stayed in was slightly smaller than i expected. this minor inconvenience did not significantly impact my overall experience though.

Joseph at the front desk offered fantastic service. I found him helpful and polite. The location proved fantastic. Everything felt very central. The price was very good considering the area. The location was quiet.
The room I was assigned looked a little dark. It was hard to see even with lamps.

The hotel offered luggage storage. This was very convenient after checkout. There was no lift in the building. the staff helped with bags. A secure fob was needed to enter the building at all hours.

I liked that the hotel was close to shops and restaurants. The area was excellent for exploring! the room was clean and neat. I found the venetian decor quite charming. joseph at the front desk was fantastic and helpful. the price was very good for this area.
i noticed the ceilings had been opened with exposed pipes and wires, obviously the hotel was being renovated .

The standard double or twin room was decorated in traditional venetian style. It felt intimate and romantic! the bathroom included a stand-up shower. the room was cleaned on a daily basis. Everything felt fresh and new.

The staff were all friendly and very helpful. they spoke english very well and provided information about transport and directions. It was easy to get around. joseph was polite and always willing to help me!

The location was acceptable, putting me in the center of things.
The state of disrepair was rather excellent. Half the lights were burnt out, and most of the outlets didn't work. The shower was broken. I couldn't adjust the height, and the water was lukewarm at best.
