comfortable bed fantastic view
our room was amazing! it featured gorgeous decor and the most comfortable bed. the shower room was huge!!! we had a fantastic view of the pool. the whole place felt very high end with nice toiletries, coffee machine, and complimentary water.

Acceptable Stay with Cleaning Issues

The room was spacious and clean, it was okay.
The bed sheets were not changed , I had to ask. The room was not cleaned at all and bins were not emptied once. This hotel was certainly not worth the money I paid.

The room was spacious and clean, the air conditioning worked very well. the pool area is also nice. the super nice team and kind. They helped us organize activities.
the breakfast service was not punctual, and it lacked the variety shown in the pictures. the hotel's proximity to a disco bar created some noise until late at night.

central location well-kept gardens relaxing pool spacious suite
the location is perfect (so close to everything). the gardens are well kept with beautiful palm trees and flowers. i found the pool area relaxing. the 2 bedroom suite was perfect for my family of four.
the room smelled quite bad, it was very dated. the bedsheets seemed worn.

the pool was nice it was close to my room
the room smelled strongly of mildew it was very unpleasant there was also noticeable wear and tear on the furniture i noticed it immediately after entering the room
