Superb stay in the heart of the resort!

The staff was particularly attentive and helpful with directions. Breakfast included fresh pastries and local cheese, I thought it was delicious. The hotel provided a ski storage room which was heated. I liked that it was so close to the slopes.

I found the room service menu a bit limited. There were not many choices after a long day.

The hotel had a well-equipped ski storage room and this provided secure storage for skis and snowboards. There was also a cozy lounge area and that space had a fireplace. Guests could enjoy a drink in the bar.

The beautiful room had a balcony. This offered pleasant views of the mountains. The room included a modern bathroom that was super clean. The beds were very comfortable.

fantastic stay!

The location is great. I walked to the slopes easily. the barman made excellent drinks, and breakfast included many choices (especially the croissants!). the showers in the rooms worked well, and i found the beds super comfortable. the towels and toiletries were nice.

I felt the absence of a lift a bit. Carrying suitcases up a few flights of stairs wasn't ideal.

The young hotel manager and all the staff members were really good. They consistently provided excellent service. everyone looked after all guests very well, and their attentiveness.

the breakfast offered many options, including delicious pastries and fresh fruit. i particularly enjoyed the croissants (they were a highlight!). the breakfast service provided a positive start to each day, and the food was fresh.

i loved that the hotel is centrally located and a short walk to the slopes. the staff was friendly, especially lara. the room was cozy and i really appreciated having tea after a day of skiing. breakfast was good and had a nice variety.

the room i stayed in felt a little small, especially with ski gear.
