small room loud area

The princess room was far smaller than advertised. It had a poor 140 cm bed. I could not even open my suitcase on the floor. The room was directly next to the housekeeping utility room, so it was VERY loud. Opening the window revealed directly mounted air conditioning units that created much noise.

i found the staff attentive and caring. the breakfast selection included a buffet alongside some hot food available to order. i loved the working historical elevator. it added a unique touch to the stay.

The room i stayed in could have used a little more light. It relied heavily on smaller lamps instead of a central light source.

small bathroom shower design

the breakfast was good with a nice selection of items.

My room faced the back and overlooked some kind of service area. This wasn't very appealing. the bathroom was also quite small. the shower was oddly designed, and water splashed all over the floor no matter how carefully i tried to adjust it.

The location was PRIME. The restaurant staff was very nice also. I felt genuinely welcomed and assisted by Bell Christian. He was very attentive.

The baby cot had several holes. I found it not ideal. The amenities in the room were of high quality, though.
