i found staff helpful and polite there. breakfast was fabulous, it had so many food choices. i also liked the public bath on floor 2. there was also a self service laundry facilities available.
i found the bed and pillow hard there. it seemed like sleeping on the floor. the beds and pillows were the hardest i ever slept on. i did have back pain afterwards.
