Romantik Hotel Santer is family-run. The Santer family includes three daughters: Nathalie, Saskia, and Stephanie, known as the 'Santer Sisters,' who were part of the Italian national team in cross-country skiing and/or biathlon. Jürgen is the junior manager and chef. Godelieve Santer is the 'good soul' of the house. The team is dedicated to regional and international cuisine using fresh, local products. Herbert Santer has a passion for hunting.
