Dining at Muottas Muragl
The Panorama Restaurant uses Swiss stone pine and walnut wood and seats 160. It serves traditional dishes with regional products. Head Chef Lukas Pfaff creates seasonal menus with Asian influence. The restaurant is open daily from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm during the winter and summer seasons. Scatla restaurant offers views of the Engadine mountains. The Panorama Terrace is open daily from 11:30 am until sunset, weather permitting.
Leisure Activities
Guests can hike the Senda d'Inspiraziun Art Trail. Children can use the climbing tower with a rope bridge and slides made of robinia wood. In winter, guests have free use of the Muottas Muragl sledge run. Short or long hikes and the Philosophers' Trail are available. The Ibex Pass is available for hikers.
Location & Access
Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl is accessible via a funicular railway dating back to 1907. The hotel is a 10-minute ride from Punt Muragl valley station. Samedan is a 10-minute drive. Agno is 200 km away. The hotel is near Museum Alpin (3.5 km), Lej Muragl (3 km), and the Church of San Gian (3 km).
