The Riveredge Resort Hotel features 128 rooms, 76 of which are standard rooms. Choose from rooms with two double beds, one double bed, or one king bed. Marina View rooms include either two double beds or a king sized bed, a wet bar, internet access, color/satellite TV with remote, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Most rooms have a balcony with a river view. Castle View rooms overlook the St Lawrence Seaway and Boldt Castle. Loft rooms, located on the fourth floor, include a fold-out double sofa and a balcony with a side view of the St Lawrence Seaway. Jacuzzi rooms have a wet bar, internet access, color/satellite TV with remote, an iron with ironing board, a hairdryer, a safe, a mini refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Air conditioning, a sitting area, free toiletries, and an AM/FM alarm clock are standard. Family rooms include a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. Suites offer river views.

Dining at the Riveredge Resort Hotel includes The Windows on the Bay restaurant with water views on three sides and a view of Boldt Castle. Enjoy casual dining indoors or outdoors on the Channelview Deck. The Holland Street Bistro Restaurant is located in Alexandria Bay. The downstairs bistro has a direct view of the castle and the water. River Watch offers signature cocktails, craft and draft beer, and hand-selected wines. The outdoor tiki bar is open seasonally.
