the staff was professional and kind . a free shuttle service was available upon request. the hotel is close to the beach and vilamoura is within walking distance. the pool was fantastic and the room was sparkling clean.
the hotel bar created noise until late at night. my room was on the fifth floor and i could hear it clearly. i even contacted reception about it but the noise continued.

excellent stay , grateful for the service

i appreciated the well kept pool area surrounded by trees and plants. the breakfast was good, and i enjoyed using the pool bar, with its friendly staff and great food. i also valued the brand new bikes available for rent by the half or full day.
The room was above the main entrance , close to the main bar. Noise travelled throughout the hotel past midnight. this impacted my sleep, and i hope they can contain the noise better at night.

The room had molton brown toiletries provided which i thought was a nice touch. breakfast included a large amount of choice too and it was delicious. i really liked the pool area. It included great sunbeds and plenty of them.
The staff at reception was almost rude. It's such a shame.
