wonderful experience
clean room attentive staff
the room was a good size and very clean. the location was great and the staff were attentive. i am grateful for the good breakfast and dinner.
the bar was noisy at night. i had to call reception. this noise disturbed my sleep.

shuttle service professional staff sparkling room
the staff was professional and kind . a free shuttle service was available upon request. the hotel is close to the beach and vilamoura is within walking distance. the pool was fantastic and the room was sparkling clean.
the hotel bar created noise until late at night. my room was on the fifth floor and i could hear it clearly. i even contacted reception about it but the noise continued.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful, especially around the pool. the cocktails and lunch options tasted delicious. breakfast offered amazing choices. the outside seating area for breakfast was beautiful.
i found the noise insulation between rooms could be improved slightly.

excellent stay , grateful for the service
maintained pool friendly staff new bikes
i appreciated the well kept pool area surrounded by trees and plants. the breakfast was good, and i enjoyed using the pool bar, with its friendly staff and great food. i also valued the brand new bikes available for rent by the half or full day.
The room was above the main entrance , close to the main bar. Noise travelled throughout the hotel past midnight. this impacted my sleep, and i hope they can contain the noise better at night.

the breakfast buffet offered many choices , and the staff were attentive. i especially liked the fresh fruit selection and the variety of pastries available each morning. the terrace provided a pleasant atmosphere for breakfast.

the room was well maintained and clean, with comfortable beds ensuring restful sleep. i found the size adequate for my needs, and the daily cleaning service kept everything tidy. the bathroom was modern and functional.

brown toiletries great sunbeds delicious breakfast
The room had molton brown toiletries provided which i thought was a nice touch. breakfast included a large amount of choice too and it was delicious. i really liked the pool area. It included great sunbeds and plenty of them.
The staff at reception was almost rude. It's such a shame.
