a quiet escape
marina viewseparate showersuper clean condition
the room had large windows offering marina views. the bathroom included both a bathtub and a separate shower stall. housekeeping kept everything super clean throughout my stay the room had a minibar stocked with drinks and snacks.
the gym equipment felt a little dated.

The check-in process was quick and efficient the front desk staff provided helpful information about local transportation. room service delivered promptly and the order was accurate. They were attentive and genuinely cared.

the swimming pool was large and well maintained. there were ample lounge chairs available around the pool area i noticed a vending machine offering snacks and drinks near the lobby offering quick refreshments

The hotel is located away from the city center so it is quiet and peaceful. i used a ride-sharing app to get around. It was easy to access other parts of the island. i enjoyed watching the boats.

The pool was AMAZING! The depth reaches 3 meters, a GREAT depth for a proper swim. I found the tap water pressure strong, VERY useful and often rare to find. Its location near the WC Pier Immigration made it convenient for my travel plans.
The SOUND proofing WAS inadequate. I could hear noises from adjacent rooms CLEARLY. Every shower or toilet flush sounded like it was happening right next to me. This affected my sleep.

The hotel has two restaurants, BOTH offering excellent value. The ground floor restaurant is spacious with great views. I thought the breakfast had various options, either western or asian.

My room was spacious and included a bathtub. The bed was VERY comfortable and clean, i appreciated this. WELCOME fruits and alkaline water were provided upon arrival to my room.

Staff were very helpful, especially one barman. He even screen-grabbed maps with directions for us. There is free transport to the metro, i appreciated this so much. Cleaning staff asked if we had a preferred cleaning time.

I appreciated the location greatly. It was great to be next to a marina. The complimentary shuttle bus to the MRT operated very punctual. The room was very spacious. The bathroom was spacious too.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the MRT station every day, a great help for exploring. A public park is nearby the area, a lovely place for a walk. Shops are within easy walking distance, a McDonald's too.

The reception delivers excellent customer service, very polite. The housekeeping was great, kept everything very clean. The staffs are helpful and friendly, this makes a difference.
