well kept groundsslow serviceworn tiling
the grounds of the hotel were pretty well kept.
The service was not good. i found the staff rather slow, particularly during breakfast when i was in a rush (i mentioned it to them, but my food still took 20 minutes). i also noticed some maintenance issues. The bathroom tiling seemed worn, and there were cracks around the pool edges (not what i expect from a 5-star hotel).

The pool area was lovely. It had a relaxing atmosphere.
The front desk staff seemed a bit unwelcoming at check-in. I felt dismissed when asking about spa services. I did not find this acceptable.
