Dining at Akelarre

The hotel has the three-Michelin-star AKELARRE Restaurant. It is open for lunch from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM and for dinner from 8:15 PM to 9:00 PM, closed Sunday evenings, Monday, and Tuesday, with exceptions in June, July, August, September, and October. Espazio Oteiza serves Basque-inspired dishes and has terraces with sunset views of the Cantabrian Sea. The cocktail bar features drinks created by Patxi Troitiño. There are also options such as yogurts, cereals, pastries and artisan cheeses, plus a green juice blend with chard, spinach and mint, or a red version with strawberry, red cabbage and beetroot.
