Really good Beauty and Service!!!
caring staff great accommodation rooftop patio
The staff was very caring and friendly, Clare in particular. The accommodation was great, SO well positioned. I was fortunate to get a room on the top floor. It included access to the rooftop patio, which overlooked the rooftops and the bell tower.

champagne gift turndown service area map early check-in
the staff offered complimentary champagne because of my anniversary. turndown service included tasty belgian chocolates each day. staff showed me a map of the area with great recommendations. i got early check-in, a nice bonus.
the room had a very slight musty smell, but i'm very sensitive.

the beautiful double room featured very clean surfaces and a comfortable bed. it included two separate sinks. the bathroom contained a rainfall shower that added luxury to the space.

delicious waffle historical style central location
the waffle at breakfast was the most delicious I have ever tasted. the hotel has a fantastic location near the city center and all attractions. i noticed a beautiful, historical style throughout the hotel.
the elevator did not seem clean.
