“Michel Trama isn't just a hotel; it's a personal immersion into Chef Trama's world, from the baroque interiors envisioned by Jacques Garcia to the Michelin-starred cuisine. The Séoune valley provides a serene backdrop, yet the real draw here, in my opinion, is the chance to truly connect with gastronomy through unique culinary classes. It's a place where luxury feels both historical and deeply personal.”
