Chasa Montana features several dining options. Star chef Bernd Fabian creates regional and Mediterranean cuisine. La Pasta offers Italian dishes, while La Grotta serves Swiss Raclette and Fondue. La Miranda, a Michelin-starred restaurant, provides gourmet cuisine. El Rico American Pub has Tex-Mex menus. The Bündner Stube provides regional specialties from Grison. The Restaurant Sattel Panorama is located at 2500 m above sea level. Guests can opt out of half board daily until 12:00 pm and dine in one of the five à la carte restaurants. A selection of top wines are available from the Chasa Montana wine cellar, and guided tours of the wine cellars are also offered.
