great location spacious room beach towels

The location is excellent. It is directly across from beach access. the room was spacious and had a large refrigerator. i also appreciated having towels available for both the beach and the pool.

i noticed the staff was not prompt. food orders to the room took a long time. there were also wrong orders taken.

cramped pool area ants infestation

The hotel photos made me expect more. the pool area felt cramped because sunbeds were too close. the old woodwork on the balcony looked dangerous and uncared for! i also noticed many ants in the bathroom. It was unsettling, and the room cleaning was not done daily :(.

Fantastic Stay with Great Beach Access!

perfect location helpful staff

This hotel offers a perfect location right by the beach! I especially appreciated the convenient beach access and the helpful staff. They promptly packed breakfast for my early whale watching trip. The team considered my requests.

The hotel didn't provide dental or shaving kits in the bathroom. This is a pretty standard amenity in hotels of this class. I hope they improve on this.

The rooms were large and spacious, equipped with a large refrigerator and a kettle. I noticed that beach towels and pool towels were provided. The rooms had both a fan and air conditioning, and the ocean view was amazing.
