a mixed experience near the golden temple

broken ac dirty bathroom

The room was pretty rough around the edges. the ac barely worked, a problem. also, the bathroom could have been cleaner. I noticed some issues with the fixtures (i really didn't like this).

the location was good and within walking distance to the golden temple

i found the room dirty and the ac barely worked it was also not the room i requested the pictures online did not match the actual conditions this was disappointing

I found staff very helpful. The room was spacious, and I liked the windows. The hotel is close to many famous tourist spots. My children felt so happy because staff welcomes us very warm.

The hotel don't have a elevator. My rooms were very cold.
