the bedding was just ok. comfort could be improved. the breakfast selection was limited.

I found the hotel's decoration very pleasant. The rooftop area offers a nice view of the fort. Staff were helpful with arranging a personal driver and even laundry services at reasonable prices (i thought it was a nice touch).
The water temperature in the shower was inconsistent.

Room service stopped at 9.30 pm. I was not informed of this policy. The room lacked proper cleanliness. The provided sheets was dirty, and fresh towels were not supplied upon request.

i just loved my time here. the rooms were amazing! the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was really clean. i got quick help with everything i needed and i really felt at home here! i will come back!
the only slight issue was that the tv remote was sometimes slow to respond to clicks. it was very minor, though.
