breakfast buffet helpful staff

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! The selection included both sweet and savory items. Staff were pleasant. They helped store luggage after checkout, a great help.

The air conditioner lacked temperature control. It was only possible to turn it on or off.

The hotel's proximity to the Termini station made travel simple. I found many shops and restaurants nearby, so daily needs were easily met. The breakfast was good with friendly, helpful staff. The location was surprisingly quiet, despite being very central.

I noticed the furniture and walls seemed a bit old. Updates in these areas would improve the overall feel of the room. It was a minor issue, but noticeable.

Breakfast included a variety of options. I found the food fresh and regularly replenished. The dining area was clean and well-kept. The staff ensured tables were cleared quickly, and service was very attentive.

an okay stay with some drawbacks

old furniture poor air conditioning

the staff seemed friendly enough.

the room felt quite dated. the air conditioning barely worked, and the television was so small it was hard to see. i also noticed the furniture looked old and worn.
